SEYAL GRADES
Seyla acacia gum is ideal for applications like coating, texturing, encapsulation, and mouthfeel improvement.
For texturing applications, seyal gum improves the typical hard texture and long structure of pastilles, boiled sweets, and medical confectioneries. Combining acacia with sucrose and glucose has an anti-crystallisation effect that significantly enhances the texture.

SENEGAL GRADES
Senegal acacia gum can be used in multiple applications including emulsification, coating, stabilisation, film-forming, texturing and colloidal protection. It is also added as the main ingredient in some gum drops.
In emulsions, senegal gum reduces the surface tension between the dispersed and continuous phases. It helps stabilise dispersed droplets with an electrostatic or steric effect. Alland & Robert provides special qualities to stabilise complex oil emulsions in aqueous solutions, particularly with citrus fruits, paprika and beta-carotene.
